Why Puglia is the best wedding destination

Since several years Puglia has become one the most preferred wedding destinations in the world and I’d like to explain to you why this zone of South Italy is so loved!

Puglia offers a lot scenarios: sea, countrysides with secular olive trees, vineyards, a lot of little medieval villages and masserie. It has famous also for the food and wine and the warm reception of the people.

From the top of the region  going from Vieste, Tremiti Islands, Mattinata, passing by Alberobello, Ostuni, Monopoli, Polignano to the last part of the Italian boot: Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Salento we will be absorbed from a lot of beautiful locations to visit to organize your wedding or simply to date a wonderful vacation.

Wedding photographers fallen in love with these poetic and romantic scenarios: ancient masserie surrounded by majestic olive trees, gold wheat fields that swing under the sun, the color of the sea and the beauty of the little towns built on the cliff.

All Puglia is plenty of history, from Ancient Roman and Greek ruins to castle, villages and churches of medieval periods, all perfects for an enchanting wedding celebration.

Masserie and the “tufo pugliese” are what distinguishes our land from all other gorgeous venues of Italy. Tufo is a particular kind of calcareous stone used in ancient constructions, it was painted on with white lime and in Ostuni (the White City) we can see a great example of these incredible constructions.
